How fast can an MVP launch?
Most MVPs we build ship in six to ten weeks, and the speed comes from cutting scope, not corners. The discovery phase ends with a deliberately small version-one definition: the two or three workflows that deliver the core value, and nothing else. Everything tempting but secondary goes on a roadmap for after launch. This matters because the most expensive mistake in custom software is building features nobody uses — and the only reliable way to find out what users need is to put a working version in their hands early. From there, version two is built from what real users actually do, not from a guess made months earlier in a planning meeting.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do, completely and from the start. The code lives in a repository under your ownership, the infrastructure runs on accounts registered to your business, and the documentation needed to operate it is part of the deliverable. There are no licensing fees back to us, no proprietary frameworks only we can maintain, and no hostage clauses that make leaving expensive. If you decide to hire your own developers later or move to another agency, they inherit a clean, documented codebase and full access on day one. We also build data export into everything, because your customer and business data being portable is a design requirement, not a feature request.
What happens after the app launches?
Software needs an owner after launch: dependencies age, servers need monitoring, users find edge cases no test caught. We offer monthly support retainers covering hosting management, uptime monitoring, bug fixes, security updates, and steady progress through a feature backlog at a predictable cost. Most clients start with a retainer for at least the first few months, when real-world usage surfaces the most learning. Alternatively, your own technical hires can take over entirely — the handover package includes architecture documentation, deployment runbooks, and a walkthrough session. Either path works; what we do not do is disappear after the launch invoice.
