My site was built by someone else. Can you take it over?
Usually, yes — most of the sites on our care plans were built elsewhere. The process starts with a one-time audit where we get access, document how the site is built, check the state of its software, backups, and security, and surface anything alarming before committing to maintain it. The audit protects both of us: you learn the true condition of your site, often for the first time, and we know exactly what we are inheriting. From there we quote the plan tier that matches its condition. Occasionally a site is in bad enough shape that maintaining it would cost more than rebuilding; if that is the case, we will show you the math rather than quietly billing you for life support.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
Same business day for anything that stops customers reaching you — a site that is down, a contact form silently failing, a checkout throwing errors. Most fixes of that kind land within hours of your email. In practice, monitoring usually beats you to it: we get an automated alert when your site goes down or a form stops delivering, and often the fix is underway before you knew there was a problem. Lower-stakes requests like content changes or small styling tweaks are handled within one to two business days. You always email a person directly, and you get a reply from a person — no ticket portal, no queue number, no first-line script to escalate past.
Can I cancel the care plan anytime?
Yes, month to month with no cancellation fee and no minimum term. When you cancel, you keep everything: your site, your hosting and domain accounts, your full backup history, and admin access to all of it — because it was registered to you from the start, not held under our accounts as leverage. We will hand over cleanly and document anything your next provider needs to know. The plan earns its monthly fee by being useful, and the easiest way to prove that is to make leaving painless. Most clients who try cancelling come back after a few months of doing updates themselves, which we take as the better kind of retention strategy.
